PECO Marketplace is an online store that offers instant rebates on smart thermostats, advanced power strips, and LED bulbs. All smart thermostats, LED bulbs, and advanced power strips on the store are ENERGY STAR® certified and are recommended by PECO.

Which products are eligible for rebates?
Our goal is to make it easy and affordable for you to buy the latest energy efficient products for your home. That's why smart thermostats, advanced power strips, and LED bulbs on PECO Marketplace are eligible for instant rebates. Below each product, you'll see a quick description of any available rebates. Eligible customers may receive up to three rebates on smart thermostats, five advanced power strip, and four lighting products (up to four six-packs).
How do I apply for rebates?
When products eligible for an instant rebate are added to your cart, an “Apply Rebates” button will appear. Click “Apply Rebates” and complete the verification process. Your instant rebate will be automatically applied after verification.
Is everyone eligible for a rebate?
To be eligible for rebates, you must be a PECO residential electric customer. PECO customers who have chosen another electric generation supplier can still take advantage of the rebates. We will verify your eligibility during the checkout process.
How do I find out if I’m eligible for an instant rebate?
There are a few ways we can determine your eligibility:
- Enter the address associated with your PECO account during the “Apply Rebates” process and click “Check Eligibility.”
- Enter your PECO account number during the “Apply Rebates” process and click “Check Eligibility.”
Please note that you must agree to the Rebate Terms and Conditions to be eligible for instant rebates.
What are the terms and conditions for PECO instant rebates?
When applying instant rebates to your purchases, you must agree to our Rebate Terms and Conditions.
What other rebates does PECO offer?

How do I get a discount code?
PECO Marketplace will email special discount codes throughout the year.
How do I apply my discount code?
Discount codes are entered and applied in the “Discount” field during checkout.
What payment methods are accepted on PECO Marketplace?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.
Why wasn’t I able to complete my credit card transaction?
Please check that your credit card information is correct. If you still can’t complete your transaction, please call us at 1-833-207-3174 and we will be happy to help.
How can I view and print my order confirmation?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be included in the shipping confirmation email we send to you once your order ships.
Note: during peak seasonal and promotional periods, shipping estimates may be slightly delayed 3-5 business days. Please be on the lookout for your tracking email.
The item I bought is now on sale. Can I get a price match?
Because sales and promotions have strict dates set by the manufacturer, our company policy does not allow us to price match orders placed before or after the advertised sale period. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Can I cancel an order?
In order to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we begin processing your shipment immediately after you hit "submit". This means that unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders for in stock items.
What if I received a damaged product?
Please contact us or call 1-833-207-3174. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and explain how to return your order.
Why is my item on backorder?
On rare occasions, popular products may be temporarily sold out but usually will be back in stock quickly. If you’d like to adjust your order, please contact us or call 1-833-207-3174. We are happy to help.

Will PECO install my thermostat?
PECO does not offer installation services on smart thermostats purchased through the PECO marketplace. Please be aware of the installation requirements for each thermostat before purchasing. To check installation compatibility, please review the following:

Does my smart thermostat need a C-wire?
Some thermostats require a C-wire to power the device. A C-wire is a black or blue wire that provides constant power to your smart thermostat. Depending on the thermostat you buy, you may or may not need a C-wire. Please check the product details of the thermostats you’re considering to find out if a C-wire is required.
If the smart thermostat you’re buying requires a C-wire and an adapter is not included, you can purchase one separately (search for “C-wire adapter”) or a contractor can help you install the device.
Make sure to check your current wiring before purchasing any thermostat and review the installation compatibility checks listed above.
